Grants

Navicent Health Foundation’s mission is to encourage generosity to transform visions into reality. One way we seek to achieve this mission is through grants that are awarded for a variety of healthcare-related programs and services.

The three types of grants we offer are listed below:

Research & Education Grants

These grants are awarded to those in the field of science and medicine who seek to prevent and cure diseases.

H.E.A.T. (Healthcare Employees Achieving Tomorrow) Grants

These grants, which are made possible by employee contributions, help to fund programs and services at Navicent Health and local charities to ensure Central Georgians have access to the best possible healthcare available in this region.

Grants are reviewed once a year and the deadline for submission is June 1st. The maximum grant amount is $10,000.00.

Community Grants

In 1995, the Foundation broadened its mission to include all communities served by our healthcare system, and as such, the community grant opportunity was created.

Priority consideration will be given to grant applications which align with organizations that, together, elevate community health and well-being through compassionate care.  Grant requests which are researched based proposals are not considered.

Grant Deadlines are Feb 1 and August 1. Applicants will be notified no later than March 31 and September 30.
